Denise Hart from North Down CC has invited any lady cyclists to join them on Saturday 17th September for a ladies only road spin...
The ride is planned to leave the clubrooms at 9.15 am and head out to killyleagh and back which is approx a round trip of 50 miles. The group is of mixed fitness with average speed around the 15/16mph mark. A well deserved stop off in 'Picnic' for coffee and cake in Killyleagh (apparently this cafe does seriously good cakes!).

Denise is really keen to encourage you girls out on this ladies only spin and has guaranteed that you will have a good laugh.
