To keep you busy during the long Winter evenings after Sundays fun Orienteering session in the Ormeau park, some of the girls are planning to attend the WENT (Wednesday Evening Night Training) events.
The 3rd year of the Wednesday Evening Night Training Series (WENT) starts next week in Cairnwood. As in previous years each event will be a ‘score’ and will have a mass start at about 7.30 pm, with a 45 minute time limit. Courses will be suitable for all adult orienteers – juniors are welcome if accompanied by adults. Headtorches are essential to be able to read the map and avoid the worst of the undergrowth!
