Stuck between a rock and a hard place ? .... well Aron Ralston was...literally....and his story is truly inspirational. His book, published in 2004 is an awesome read, but the film "127 Hours" is truly magnificent. Make sure you go to see it (or not see it... if you cover your eyes for bits of it!). The story shows just how incredible the body and mind is.
The story itself is incredible, but the photography and music in the film make it a completely mind-blowing experience for the audience. Most will leave the cinema thinking that anything is possible if the mind is strong.
Aron Ralston is a mountain climber (physically and mentally!!), canyoneer, and adventurer....whether on foot or on bike -and the opening scenes have some fantastic MTB'ing footage!
