The Belles are head over heels about Christmas.....ahem...have been literally, as well as figuratively!!....and wish you all a fab and funfilled festive season and an adventurous (but SAFE) 2012 !
For those of you new to the world of MTB or AR......the happy year endO is not a typo on our card ! Endo is :
"the manoeuver of flying unexpectedly over the handlebars, thus being forcibly ejected from the bike. Short for end over end"
Unfortunately it is also slang for marijuana !! Which of course is apt....apparently great pain relief !!
Anyway, best wishes for a healthy and Happy Christmas and New Year. See you in 2012 fighting fit.
