UPDATED Gear Up For The Esporta Spin Challenge

Esporta Health Club are holding a unique 'GEAR UP' challenge on Saturday 20th November from 1pm - 3pm, this is the perfect event for everyone to come along and have a go.

The Challenge is to spin for one hour in the gear dictated by the instructor Heather Weir - this will change throughout the session.  There will be male and female age group winners in each section for the greatest distance covered. The Entry Fee is £10 and is payable with entry form from Esporta reception. Any one interested in joining us  can contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

 

Any one taking part we suggest you meet  in  Esporta reception at 12.40pm and be ready to spin from 1pm - 2pm... Hope to see lots of 'Monthly' Jerseys out in force and why not treat yourself to a swim/spa  in the health suite after your session!
