CCAR Series Ends With Belles On Top

The CCAR 2010/11 winter adventure race series ended with a fab race at Castleward on Saturday - and the series having the biggest number of female pairs taking part to date. Go girls ! Belles Taryn and Andrea won the series (racing 2 of the 4 races in the series - Bangor and Londonderry), with Belles Julie and Cathy taking 3rd place in the series. The 2nd place went to Caroline Stout and Kathleen Monteverde, who were encouraged into the adventure race scene by Taryn and who had a particularly great race at Castleward on Saturday.

CCAR have done an amazing job in the Adventure Race scene in Northern Ireland and are fast growing in popularity. They ensure everybody from complete novice to experienced veteran have a great time.
